KGB Cleaning South West Ltd was established in 2009 with the focus on supporting the Education Sector through innovative cleaning solutions.

Working within Nurseries, Schools, Colleges, Academies & Universities, KGB has created an unsurpassed reputation of knowledge & experience, within this one sector.

Our name, which now derives from our 3 People & Value Cultures (Knowledge, Growth & Belonging) forms the key elements and backbone of our service provision. Supporting our on site teams through great training, strong management and effective communication giving each and every one of our employees the ability to grow and expand their knowledge within our business.

This ethos has supported the organic growth of our company since 2009 which has now taken the expansion of our company from London, Kent to the South & South West of England. Now with a turnover in excess of £13M in this one Market Sector, we continue to drive customer satisfaction through innovation using the latest technology for supporting those essential elements including:

As part of the original KGB Group of Companies, a £30m cleaning & support services company, KGB South West Ltd was formed as part of a management buyout of the Thames Valley division in 2009.

With the start of just one educational contract (Bracknell Forest) with a turnover of approx. £1m, KGB South West Ltd has grown organically year on year and has continued to grow both in turnover and employees. As of 2021 KGB South West has over 1100 full and part time staff, a progressive training program for employees wishing to develop and progress to management roles and most importantly a caring, supportive infrastructure designed around the well being of everyone we employee.

The brand of 'KGB' has now been changed to meet the ethos of the company going forward, our brand now relays the message of (K)nowledge, (G)rowth and (B)elonging, a message we are proud of, and one which we continually push throughout our entire workforce.

Our Board strongly believe in providing a dynamic business model, one which allows us as a business to adapt to the constant changes our industry undergoes, this is what makes KGB South West different to our competitors, and gives us that edge that is needed to succeed in this demanding environment.

With offices and contracts stretching the far reaches of England & Wales, we are well positioned to manage any portfolio of estates, and we are adept at taking on even the most hardiest of contracts.

We are leaders in our industry, bringing new technology to each and every contract we undertake, having created our own in house software to provide state of the art tracking, time attendance and daily janitorial management gives KGB South West the ability to provide real time service delivery and KPI information.
